The Flames will most assuredly finish in the bottom five for the foreseeable future. And they'll be building through the draft. But rebuilding doesn't mean icing a roster of complete garbage and rookies.

Good organizations; clubs that don't want a culture of losing permeating around them, try to maintain a certain level of professionalism and competitiveness. Yes, the Flames won't be winning anything for a while, but that doesn't mean they should aim for last place year in, year out.
