The only GM's that need to give any sort of explanation are the ones that are telegraphing what they are doing in the media. What does a conversation between Dave Nonis and James Reimer sound like after 3 days of chatting with Kiprusoff's agent?

"You're our guy James. Really. Honestly. We love you man. Sorry I have to take this call from Luongo's agent."
