There are certain markets where this is true. Toronto, Montreal etc

Dallas Cowboys and Redskins in the NFL are the same.

One thing ALL those teams do is try to win a championship and throw money in an attempt to do so. Why would they try to win and win now when they are so "successful"? Its because they can be even MORE successful if they win.
