We had a gem in Ryder, but I don't see Viktor Ujcik or Jerome Marois rackin up the goals in the big leagues at all



IMO any steady NHLer you develop after the first 110-140 picks are gravy. Ryder, Markov, Streit, and Ferland are the only draft picks we've had after the 78th pick since 1997 to play a game in the NHL I think. Ryder and Markov took 5-6 years each to properly develop, while Streit is a raw overager and Ferland has basically only played in the NHL because his scrappyness is needed on this somewhat soft team
