These things are difficult to quantify. You can be a great player, but you have to be put in a position to succeed in more than one sense. He has some elite attributes, but he has done little to justify his salary and that is why he is probably viewed as worse than he is. He is a very good player, but not close to a $6.7m player.

The point to focus on is "elite attributes". If he and Pietrangelo mesh well together, then those are the aspects of his game that are going to be highlighted every game and they will be the best pairing in the League. Only downside for Petro is that if this pairing is as good as it can be, then it'll hurt his Norris chances in a similar way as it did for Weber!
