i would suggest that stern helped bettman make up his mind, and that means the yotes are definately going to quebec, not seattle.
1. 80 million is key piece of arena deal, but it is not the only piece, Hansen has said in the past that a arena needs dual pro anchors, and there has been much talk about having 2 pro franchises in regards to a RSN will generate more $$$
2. Stern did not say it will go past the BOG meeting, he said it might, and if it did, not very long. There is a time table/timeline that needs to be met.
3. Elliotte Freidman has stated that a Yotes decision might come mid-may thru mid-june (If there is a plan to move for next year). So as long as BOG decides by that time frame, still allow Yotes to move to Seattle.
