I'd care less about what they say off the ice if I were you. Hockey players don't tend to be the most eloquent (though more eloquent than NFL or NBA players it has to be said) so I wouldn't place too much emphasis on interviews. Weber is as committed to the team as anyone. You can see it from his play on the ice, he hasn't missed a beat with Suter gone.

Weber is a lead by example on the ice type of captain.
