I don't think Ryan is realistic unfortunately, but IMO this is a plausible situation:

CAPGEEK.COM USER GENERATED ROSTER
My Custom Lineup

Cory Conacher ($0.925m) / Kyle Turris ($3.500m) / Daniel Alfredsson ($4.875m)
Guillaume Latendresse ($2.000m) / Mika Zibanejad ($1.744m) / Jakob Silfverberg ($0.900m)
Colin Greening ($0.817m) / Zack Smith ($1.888m) / Chris Neil ($1.900m)

Matt Kassian ($0.575m) / Jim O'Brien ($0.638m) / Erik Condra ($0.715m)

DEFENSEMEN

CAPGEEK.COM TOTALS (follow @capgeek on Twitter)
(these totals are compiled with the bonus cushion)
SALARY CAP: $64,300,000; CAP PAYROLL: $60,304,375; BONUSES: $1,275,000
CAP SPACE (24-man roster): $5,270,625

That's 24 player's so we would have to make a move at the forward position, or send one of Condra, O'Brien, or Greening down to Bingo. I'm losing confidence in Phillips and would rather have Weircioch and Gryba play ahead of him so that is why I have him listed as the #7.

Still leaves us with 5M of cap space to play with come trade deadline.
