I couldn't press 135 x 10 in highschool, even though I ran cross country and track and wasn't unathletic. 100 lbs x 10 is more reasonable for a skinny teenager. I bet I could have topped Gretzky in that picture, though. Conversely, I my running buddies and I could bang out 10 reps on the machine leg press at the maximum weight.
