-4 Bench spots (that way you can have 1 extra goalie, 1 extra d-man and 2 extra forwards)

-2 IR spots in total (injuries always happen, its nice to have the 2 spots)

-Only 2 goalie spots (with 20 teams, 3 X 82 goalie games is excessive)
