That's not 100% accurate Belleville started building for this season in 2010 following 3 straight eastern conference final appearances. In the 2009-2010, and 2010-2011 seasons Belleville was the youngest team in the OHL. They traded veteran players to aquire players like Brassard and Sandlak so they could develop them, they also aquired a bunch of high draft picks some of which were used to get the players on this current team. Plus being goaltender rich allowed them to get Austin, so they did not have to give up any picks to get a great defense man.
