Wolves defense is falling apart. Giving up open chance after open chance. Score is 4 -2 for Rockford but could well be 10 to 4 without the excellent play of Climie. Really should pull Climie and let Cannata have the third. Climie has all ready faced too many shots and will probably break down in the third.

Really have one team that is organized and pressuring everywhere and the other which is increasing fragmented. Can't totally blame the coaches as there have been so many continuous changes in the line up that it's been difficult to institute a more coordinated team approach. At this point, Chicago is still trying to integrate people into their system. End up with a lot of individual efforts.

Let's face the whole relationship between Chicago and Vancouver has been a difficult one from both ends and it's a good thing it's ending.

Has been a rough game for many of the Wolves defenseman. Polasek (thanks for the spelling)and Matheson have had rough games. Polasek got beaten one on one twice in the second leading to goals.

Schroeder having less success than in the last few games. Hogs not giving him the room. He has made some good plays but not getting much support. Archibald made a couple of good rushes but he is having trouble with the speed of the game.

Blomstrand is obviously feeling his way but continues to show some serious talent.

Jensen is trying but the disorganization around him leaves him guessing as to where to go and what to do. Having Kattelus as his center doesn't help. Kattelus gives it a full go and helps on the PK. But he is simply not skilled or strong enough to facilitate any sustained offense.

Watching Olesz you wonder why he doesn't stick in the NHL. Every time I see him in the AHL he is great. Just at another level. Know he has the difficult contract but surprising he didn't get picked up off waivers
