First of all, you haven't offered anything the Isles would begin to want.
Afigogenov has little trade value at this point. He hasn't accomplished anything more than one 40 point season, add that together with a concusion history and one-dimensional play and you have a guy who would probably not bring you a 3rd rounder in return.
Dipietro requested a short-term demotion because Snow has been on fire. However, Dipietro is slated to be recalled after three AHL games and will probably be the starter for one of the weekend games. The Isles have shown no interest in acquiring a goalie to replace him down the road and Biron is not good enough for that role anyway.
Second, the Isles appear to have their money issues under control, after the Wiemer debacle and insurance picking up Yashin's contract for the next three months.
Third, what makes you think that Buffalo could begin to add this kind of $ to their payroll?
well true, after posting i saw how bad they were, plus im sorta getting the idea that the isles arnt gonna bother with trading at this point.
the sabres could afford to add a little if it meant a shot at the playoffs, considering patrick will be gone after this season and in all likeliness so will biron's hefty contract.
the idea was mainly bias. not disrespect taken
