It's possible that the lie is too high or the stick is too long. I had that heel problem at one time and my stick was as short as I wanted to go, so I tried the same blade curve in a 4 lie instead of a 5 lie and it solved the problem for me. It doesn't mean your case is the same but it's definitely something to consider.
