Tavares is great don't get me wrong, but he wouldn't make my top 5, not yet at least.

People have to stop with the comparisons though. Galchenyuk is and will be Alex Galchenyuk.
Where he goes is entirely up to him, the ceiling is really high for the kid.
Tavares is currently on par with Toews, Stamkos, Giroux etc. That definitely puts him in the conversation as a top 5 forward. He has made Matt Moulson look good and has even revived Brad Boyes' career. Give him some legitimate 1st line wingers and look out.
