RNH getting in the weight room and really focusing on that is the biggest thing for the team.

If he had played as well as he did as a rookie for us this year, we'd be in the playoffs IMO.

Hopefully both Schultz and Yakupov can bring more to the table next year, but I'm expecting Hall/RNH/Eberle to bring it next season.
