So you don't want fine dining. You don't want pubs (even though pubs like Red Star and the Common are cranking out far far superior grub to a better class of clientele than the slop you are willing to settle for at BPs). You don't want chains. And the places that are open late (eg Praha), you don't like anymore. So basically, we can conclude that the problem isn't a lack of options, it's a lack of options serving a particular demographic of one.
