So it looks like the shoulder hits chin then chest? Eller's head is already turned back toward the camera, implying that the contact to the head had already taken place. At the moment of the still, of course, the hit looks clean--except for Eller's wildly contorted head.
EDIT: Also, Krishna, doesn't look like Galchenyuk was "right there" at the hit.
That picture is already after the contact. It's irrelevant in determining the principle point of contact
