Hard hits are allowed. Hard hits that involve even marginal contact to the head are not. Subban hits guys harder than anyone else. Just not to the head. We need to start at the grassroots on this (cliché, I know) and teach guys to just lower themselves a little bit more. If Gryba is six inches lower there Eller pops right back up. (After he catches his breath for a few minutes maybe, but he doesn't get sent to the hospital)
