The initial RS had serious blade issues, which is why the RS II came out so quickly after. Loyal Easton stick guy I play with at pick up went through about a half dozen of them in a few weeks. One had a heel crack after a single usage, and I saw him break another on a routine snap shot. It was wild. However, I think the RSII is far better about that.
