Purely based off of Bergevin's action/inaction at the deadline, we can clearly see that it is highly unlikely our top picks and prospects are available. That isn't the direction the team is going in. His mantra from the start has been - build from within, build through the draft. Unless it's a big trade, any players that are moved will be vets at the trade deadline.

He's just about ready, the team would prefer it if he wasn't rushed into the NHL.
