Too long a period in my opinion. Too many players to chose from. Probably easier to go by decades.
70s
Lafleur-Lemaire-Shutt
Cournoyer-PMahovlich-FMahovlich
Tremblay-Risebrough-Lambert
Jarvis-HRichard-Gainey
Robinson-Savard
Lapointe-JCTremblay
Nyrop-Bouchard
Dryden
Plasse

80s
Lafleur-Larouche-Shutt
Richer-Smith-Naslund
Nilan-Carbo-Gainey
Lemieux-Mondou-McPhee (Tremblay)
Robinson-Chelios
Green-Ludwig
Lalor-Svoboda
Roy
Penney

90s
Bellows-Muller-Damphousse
Reechi-Koivu-Leclair
Courtnall-Carbonneau-Savage
Savard-Lebeau-Keane
Malakhov-Desjardins
Odelein-Schneider
Weinrich-Daigneault
Roy
Hackett

As far as 00s goes, what can i say. we started the decade in the crapper, so i'll go with last year's team (not counting this year yet). Just with Theo of 2002 and Huet of last year for backup. Markov and Rivet of last year, Souray of 2004, Komisarek of 2004 playoffs (crunching Thornton in the boards), Quintal at his speediest (yeah right), if i'm using Bouillon, it's from last year. I think Weinrich straddled 2 decades in the few years he was here (doing this out of memory)

Well those are my teams. Too bad the quality declines noticebly every decade. From dynasty to very good team in the 80s, to the 90s allright, to borderline playoff team in the 00s.
