If the 'Russian factor' or anything else makes Nicushkin a massive gamble then it is easy to see teams pass him up in favour of someone more reliable. However with Columbus and Calgary both having three first round picks they are teams who can afford to risk throwing one away.

Ergo if Nicushkin begins to drop like a stone either of these two teams might be prepared to take a gamble. This means there is no way he will fall past the lower of the second choice by these franchises. I'd guess the lowest is late teens, though I think he will go higher.
