Not sure that was ever hidden by being in a "weaker" division. Those are well known facts.
As it stands now I don't think our personnel are the reason to blame for our lack of success. I think the problem is that for most of the year the team hasn't played as a cohesive unit. We've seen Wild play and beat some good opponents where the whole team was contributing, then we've seen stretches when one or two lines is playing good, and it goes off and on.

I think that if this team showed up all at the same time and did their role we'd be fine on scoring.

Right now our biggest need is going to be shoring up our blue line, we don't need another number 1 dman, we have two of those, what we need is to get a solid 3-4 guys (whether that is Scandella who steps up or a trade remains to be seen)

But we also must do a better job of adjusting mid game as well.
