How about throwing Islander jerseys on the ice after they were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs in 1994 after making the conference finals the year before?

And don't make people out to be so pious. Nothing has changed in regards to the internal management of this team. The players just got better. Wang is still a cheap horrible owner, the building is still old and the team is still moving. If everyone was so tired of taking it, they wouldn't have come running back the second there was a hint of success.
