Jagr and Mike Gartner share the record for most straight 30+ goal seasons with 15.

I guess you'd have to take Bourque on this one. 19 times he was a first or second team all-star. From beginning to end. The thing with Jagr is that he had a couple of lulls in his career. From 2001-'04 and then after 2008 he was gone from the NHL until the 2011-'12 season. Bourque doesn't really have that at all. He was an all-star for 17 straight years up until 1996. The following year he missed some time and by then he was slowing down a bit compared to his standards but there wasn't a gap in his career at all up until then.
