But I believe him staying the next two years in the OHL would be best for him with the minimal amount he has played the last two seasons. Maidens played great in the playoff series between Owen Sound & Missisauga a couple of yrs ago scoring the winning goal that put out Dave Cameron's Missassauga Ice Dogs & sent Mark Reeds Owen Sound Attack into the next round. Funny thing is that both those coaches are now behind the bench with Paul Maclean & may have had some influence in drafting Jared Maidens in the first place. Hopefully, he fully recovers from his concussion problems, I too think he could be a steal, if he recovers properly & doesn't have any future concussions. Good luck to him.
