Brewer wasn't the problem. Leaf management was. Imlach even had reservations about his game. I would have hated to play for Imlach. He was not a nice guy. I know nice guys finish last and without the approach he brought they would not have won those cups. But I can't get warm and fuzzy about him or any of the guys running the team. The players were a solid group though. Props to them.
