I'm not really sure how ELC bonuses work...but if you look at the Oilers alone:

-Hall 6 out of 6 available
-Yakupov 3 out of 6 available
-Eberle 5 out of 6 available

I assume they get harder as year's gone on though...but I think this points to the fact that there could be some serious cash left on the table if a guy signed an ELC without any bonuses.
