The team is almost all beginner level players with a massive age range but they managed to get 34 guys to come down for the first session (Pretty amazing for a team in the UK) and we also had David Clarke, probably the top British forward in the EIHL (Top league in the UK) come down to coach us. The newbies all had great fun and I managed to ease myself back in, even if my skating and shot were pretty poor. They were a really good bunch of guys so I think I'll keep training with them and maybe a couple of games at a lower level may be able to restore my confidence!
