You ask a machinist to make you something 12 inches, or to make you something 12.0000 inches you'll get different things... and the second one probably take twice as long to make, and cost you three times as much.
How many more times are people going to falsely claim this? It's the exact same. If I ask for something to be made 12 inches long, and it's 12.1, I'm not going to be very pleased
