any one ever get a chance to use the "RUSSION BOX"? it does look like a great tool for building strength, coordination and explosiveness. Two inward cantered platforms where the skater leaps laterally from one to the other.

Endurance is targeted with aerobic and anaerobics. Substantial increases in VO2max can be achieved, suprisingly, with anaerobic drills.
