I dont understand these complaints again and again. It is easy - "CBA" can ban KHL out clauses... if NHL CBA can ban negotiations club-club, some regulations in Finland can ban out clauses.

This "exodus" from SM-Liiga to KHL can be a reason why Finns will have KHL team in future. We will see

I think Nieminen's contract will be bought out before the start of the season.
