It could've been bad had they of had practice just a couple hours later. This storm went from a mere cloud in the sky to an F5 tornado with over 300MPH winds and peaked at 2 1/4 mile wide in just 16 minutes.

Woke up to see on twitter that the fatalities rose to 91, but 101 survivors were found buried in the rubble overnight.

Today will start the beginning of a long journey for the city, but one thing Oklahoma knows how to do is persevere and unite. Oklahoma has had more than its fair share of tragedy with the May 3 1999 tornado outbreak (That also took out this same city of Moore), this outbreak, and the terrorist attack bombing at the Murrah Building. However, it has came back closer and stronger each time, so I would expect this to be no different.

Thanks for all the well wishes and kind words from you fine folks in Edmonton.

Edit: ME confirmed that some fatalities were reported multiple times in the midst of all the chaos. Confirmed fatalities went from 91, to 55, to now 24. Still too many lives lost, but a whole lot better than initial reports.
