Get rid of Engelland and use Bortuzzo or Dumoulin as #7, or bring back either Murray or Eaton as a veteran #7 if the price is right. Right off the bat, you're saving cap space by having Despres ($840,000) and Harrington ($910,833) as roster players on ELCs.
Getting Rid of Engelland for Harrington doesn't save you any cap space. Engo is at 567K. The only way to save space on D is to remove one of Nisky, Orpik or Martin. Murray would just be brought in if they could get him cheap and move out Brooks imo.
