He played very well. He started out in the ECHL which was not surprising since the Oilers kids were down on the farm. He really lit up the ECHL and eventually got a call up to the Barons in November. He played very well in his first game up, but was sent back down after 5 games. In January he was back up for good.

From January on he was a consistent threat. Certainly the Baron's most dangerous player. He seem to mesh well with most people he played with. He also managed to be a healthy +18 so he was clearly contributing at even strength and did not blead gaols against.

Overall a major pleasant surprise, though to be honest I actually liked what I saw of him in his last year of Junior.
