And yes, a coach needs to be a good leader, but part of that is having the respect of an entire team. If you struggle with basic X and O's of the game your team's not gonna listen to the Ra-Ra-Ra crap, and vice versa. A good Pro coach should have chutzspah, ego and know when and where to use it. I like Tippett, he's never too far up or too far down on average, he holds the ship together either way.
True. He'd be an interesting fit in Edmonton or Dallas.

Tippet makes me nervous. Not because I dislike him or his style, but because the longer he waits to make his decision, the fewer options will be left for us if he chooses to stick with the Yotes.
