I do disagree with your posts comparing the Rangers to the Islanders, but we'll leave it at agreeing to disagree.

As for why Hank would leave, there is the chance Hank leaves for nothing more than the highest so many athletes before him. In that case, the answer can still be the Islanders, because they have cap space available that the Rangers do not.
