No doubt, and the recent lack of success is one reason to not be head over heels for Nill.
Obviously there are 2 caveats: the Stars have drafted higher over that period and have had more picks, and Detroit has both the philosphy to be more patient with their guys and the depth of effective NHLers to be in the way of their prospects.
Nill doesn't need to do anything besides stay out of Les Jackson's way for the Stars to be in great shape.
