Luckily the team didnt think he was worth it. I like Bernier but in a draft where we can pick up a great player in a deep draft its smart to keep it. I dont (personally) see Bernier being THAT much more proven than Mason. And what the Leafs gave up, I think they would agree that he wasnt worth that kind of first.
