Read the whole thing and and you will see what criteria he was using to find those comparisons.

By the way I have no idea why it is any more outrageous for me to say he is a 4/5 than to say he is the best defenseman in the draft.

Look at one of scouting comments you posted:

Top 4 shutdown defenseman who thrives on physical play. Secondary PP potential with a big shot
It calls him a top 4 dman which means he could easily be a #4. Which isn't that far from me calling him a 4/5.
