Kulikov + Goc for Eberle?
You are not going to add a few pieces to make this work. Value wise the Oilers get the short straw for sure, but the starting point of the trade does not really make sense for either team. I'll comment from an Oiler perspective an let the Florida people make their own case for why trading away a defenseman of Kulikov's calibre may not be so wise.

The Oilers are not some offensive juggernaut that can roll on without a guy like Eberle. And while Kulikov is an excellent young defensemen I am not sure that having just drafted NUrse this is the type of deal they want to look at.

Kulikov is a left handed defenseman. At this point the Oilers have Smid, N. Schultz, Klefbom, Marincin, Nurse, Davidson, Gernat, Simpson, Laleggia all on the left side. (Belov is a lefty who plays on the right). There has also been talk of Paul Ranger possibly in Edmonton. So while Kulikov would be a great addition, he is not needed at the cost of Eberle going forward.
