Also, thumb sprain is almost healed, which is nice.
Switching to eating clean and just about eliminating drinking will take care of that in no time. Add in working out and you should have no problems at all.
I did the same just over a year ago because I was sick of not being in the shape I should be and knew it would make me a better hockey player. Best health decision I've ever made and it's reinforced every time I look in the mirror or take the ice.
