In my opinion you don't want that.

It would be better to have a couple prospects getting into the line each year. As players get older a couple more come in to keep a cycle of good players.

Having all prospects ready at once would create to many players for too few openings and some promising prospects would have to be traded. It is better for the prospects and for the continued success of the team to always having good players at each level of development rather then all in one spot.
