Seems like thats what we have with these later round guys. They have 1-2 solid tools and the Rangers organization is hoping they can develop another 1 to make these guys NHL caliber players.

IMO, mental aspect is huge. If they have the work ethic to improve they should.

Granted I don't know as much about our picks this year, I just didn't pay as much attention as normal, didn't have the spare time like in years past.
