But you do need some things to happen to win cups. I'm not going to say luck. But you need some things to 'fall your way'. Like certain key players not getting inured. Or opponents getting injured or roughed up in previous rounds (as happened to the Kings this year). Winning a cup is the sum of thousands of things happening, most of which go your way.
lol please, we took it to the kings. Our dmen completely neutralized their forecheck and we skated circles around them. The alignment of the moon had about as much to do with us pushing their **** in as their being "roughed up". We heard the same things about LA and Boston, too big, too tough, goalie too good, d too good, etc.. and we exposed both teams the same way-speed and pressure.
