His speed wasn't as good. Yeah... he was playing with a cracked knee. Your mobility sort of goes down after that happens. To say he's not as good as he used to be is a crap shoot. Gretzky wasn't as good with the Rangers as he was with the Oilers. Sure he's not the same as ten years ago, but he still is far from "having nothing left in the tank."

Slump Schlump. He'd add grit and character to the team. He's a warrior and a leader and would inspire the young ones and maybe even someone like Moen, to play harder.
