So how did Laraque effectively intimidate Lucic? Tell me. He asked him politely to fight, and Lucic refused as everyone else did that didn't want to fight. That's not very intimidating.
If Lucic was so intimidated, he would have been worried about Laraque being on the ice, and he probably wouldn't have scored the winning goal. But Laraque was there, Lucic was free to do as he liked, since he faced no threat from Laraque.
At one point Laraque was a force, but not in Montreal.
