Does anyone agree with Oates, that being on your proper side helps with offensive touches? As a former d-man i understand the downside of a forward being on his open hand wrong i had to run around and cover for their gaffes.

I always felt Yaks should be on that open hand side he is used to but after Ovech and Oates i do see it as making sense to use Yaks open handed on PP and proper wing 5 on 5.

There is no way in hell id ever put two wingers on their wrong sides together 5 on 5 on the same line. Thats a d-mans nightmare and we dont have good d.
