They were in the finals thirteen months ago. What else could he really want? I don't doubt that Newark is one of the least desirable markets in the NHL, but I don't think that is what this is all about. I think Kovy was drawn to the money and the lifestyle back in Russia. I don't hate him for doing it, but I completely understand why Devils fans feel cheated.
